The website lists an internet-delivered live TV and on-demand subscription, compatible-player guidance, a 24-hour trial and credit-based reseller packages. Catalog items, guide data, catch-up, resolution and app availability can change and may vary by source, device, player and region.
Authorized use
You must use the service only for content and access you are legally authorized to receive. Do not rebroadcast, restream, publicly exhibit, copy, resell or distribute access unless a separate written reseller agreement expressly permits the activity and you hold all required rights.
Account security
Keep credentials private. You are responsible for activity through your account and devices. Notify support promptly if credentials may have been exposed. Do not exceed the purchased simultaneous-connection allowance.
Trials and activation
Trial timing begins when access is activated or at the time stated by support. Paid digital access may be activated promptly after payment confirmation. Check device and player compatibility before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are in CAD unless another currency is clearly stated. Confirm the final amount, payment method, fees, renewal method and taxes before payment. Third-party player licences, hardware and internet service are separate unless expressly included.
Availability and performance
No “zero buffering,” universal 4K, permanent channel lineup or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Performance depends on source streams, internet routing, household network, device, player and maintenance. Support will reasonably help diagnose reported issues.
Support and acceptable conduct
Provide accurate device and issue details and communicate respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape credentials, distribute malware or abuse support channels.
Reseller terms
Reseller pricing does not by itself define credit consumption, expiry, branding, territories, customer support or distribution rights. Those terms must be confirmed in a separate written reseller agreement before purchase.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided under the limitations disclosed in the order terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers should obtain independent advice when a legal question affects their use.
