1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by IPTV Canada ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and streaming network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use our premium IPTV subscription Canada services.

3. Account Registration & Security

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain network stability for all Canadian users, strict usage rules apply. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

• No Account Sharing: Using your account on multiple devices simultaneously on different IP addresses is strictly prohibited unless you have a multi-connection plan.
• No Restreaming: Capturing, copying, or restreaming our content to public platforms is strictly forbidden.
• No VPN Abuse: Using VPNs to rapidly hop between dozens of international IP addresses may trigger security blocks.
• No Automated Exploits: Using scripts or bots to scrape our servers is banned.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans on a 1-month ($10 CAD), 3-month ($25 CAD), 6-month ($45 CAD), and 12-month ($75 CAD) basis. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect active, paid periods.

• No Auto-Renewal: We do not store your credit card data for recurring billing. You must manually renew your IPTV subscription Canada.

• Disputes: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban.

6. Suspension & Termination

7. Intellectual Property

IPTV Canada is a service provider. We do not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute media of any kind. We merely act as an index of media that exists publicly on the internet. All logos, trademarks, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, IPTV Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your access to or use of our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
